Having worked in two major RN apps I can safely say Flutter. But you seem to be conflating the DOM with native so not exactly sure what you’re suggesting - ReactJs is a better choice for web projects obviously, though it’s performance is “decent”, certainly not top tier in that regard (vs Solid or Inferno for example)
